Refund & Cancellation

Refunds

Since we provide API-based digital services, refunds are generally not available once API keys or developer access have been issued.

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Service malfunction that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of payment.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to APIs will continue until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellations.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate usage terms, abuse the system, or engage in unauthorized activity.
